User Registration
How to create a new user account in Altostrat
If you already have an account and simply want to give someone else access, see Granting Access to Your Resources.
Registering as a New User
New users can register for an Altostrat account by visiting the registration page and following the on-screen instructions.
- URL: https://auth.altostrat.app/authenticate/register
- Password Policy: Refer to the Password Policy to ensure your chosen password meets the required criteria.
Email Verification
- Check Your Inbox After registering, you’ll receive an automated email containing a verification link.
- Click the Verification Link This confirms your email ownership. You won’t be able to continue until verification is complete.
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the verification email within a few minutes.
Completing Registration
Once your email is verified:
- Login at https://auth.altostrat.app.
- Create or Join an Organization
- If you’re the first user in your company, you’ll create a new organization.
- If your company already uses Altostrat, someone can invite you to join their existing team.
All resources in Altostrat belong to a team within an organization. Having at least one team is mandatory to manage resources like sites, devices, or policies.
After you’ve logged in, visit the Onboarding Docs to begin adding devices and configuring your environment.
